Healing after trauma, rooted in connection
Evidence-informed therapy grounded in attachment, neurobiology, and relational understanding that centers safety, choice, and connection.
My Approach
Play and Dyadic Therapy
Attachment-based play therapy uses play as a child’s natural way of communicating to support emotional healing, growth, and stronger relationships. Caregivers are often included to strengthen the parent-child bond and support change at home. Click here to learn more about play and dyadic services offered.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin to make sense of experiences you’ve been carrying. My approach is attachment-based and trauma-informed, meaning we focus on creating safety and empowerment, building trust, and strengthening connection - both within yourself and in your relationships. This group is designed for parents and caregivers of children with ADHD, autism, sensory sensitivities, emotional dysregulation, and big feelings.
